We offer authentic modular homes that are built to KY or IN state building codes and are installed with a crane. They do not have a permanent steel chassis attached to them, and can be placed on a crawl space type foundation or a basement.
Our prices include ALL options shown in our lot models; plus we include poured concrete footers, concrete piers, block perimeter foundation, delivery to site, state-certified setup using a crane, heatpump, perimeter drain, backfill, gutters, sales tax and a 7-year limited warranty. Please note that the prices quoted are for a construction site up to 50 miles from our sales center, and are subject to a site evaluation with our construction manager (which is free of charge).
